Deal RadarManage connections

Your deal room, in your assistant

Ask. Review. Take action.

Connect Claude or ChatGPT to Deal Radar. Review your pipeline, cite the source, add a broker’s deal and follow through on diligence—all from the conversation where you’re already working.

MCP connections require firm activation and a supported assistant account. Sign in to check availability.

Connect your assistant

A remote MCP connection lets your assistant work with the Deal Radar data you can access.

https://credealradar.app/api/mcp
  1. Claude: Open Settings → Connectors and add a custom connector with this server URL. Organization owners may need to enable it for the team.
  2. ChatGPT: In Settings → Apps, enable developer mode where available, then create a custom app using this MCP server URL and OAuth authentication. Your plan and workspace must allow custom apps.
  3. Connect, sign in to Deal Radar, check the workspace and requesting client, then choose permissions. Start with reading only or enable changes as needed.
  4. Use the connector in a conversation. To change permissions, disconnect here and reconnect from your assistant.

Menu labels and custom connector availability vary by provider and account. Other clients must support remote Streamable HTTP MCP with OAuth. Gemini clients vary; verify support in the specific client before connecting.

What you can do

Read and reference

See the pipeline clearly, with links back to the source.

Read the deals, contacts, tasks, offers, notes, documents and saved reviews visible to you. Search records, read PDF text and calculate underwriting scenarios.

Try: “Show pursuing deals with overdue diligence and link each record.”

Included with every connection

Create and edit

Turn a broker email or a next step into a record the team can use.

Add deals and contacts; edit facts, stages, tasks, offers and notes; archive or restore deals. Act on sign-offs only if you are an approver.

Try: “Add this deal from the facts we reviewed and create a title review task.”

Optional permission

Delete records

Clear outdated records after reviewing what will be removed.

Permanently delete supported contacts, tasks, offers and comments where your role permits. Whole-deal and document deletion are not available. Deleting unused criteria also requires Manage firm setup.

Try: “Show the duplicate task and ask before permanently deleting it.”

Optional · also requires Create and edit

Run Deal Radar AI

Bring cited extraction and reviews into your conversation.

Use Deal Radar’s AI to import text, extract facts from stored PDFs or run evidence-backed deal reviews. These tools require confirmation and count toward the firm’s AI usage.

Try: “Use Deal Radar AI to review this deal after I confirm.”

Optional · also requires Create and edit

Manage firm setup

Keep the buy box and team workflow aligned as priorities change.

Create and update acquisition criteria, change firm configuration, and manage the team (add people by invite link, change roles and approvers, deactivate) through existing admin controls. Your admin role is still required.

Try: “Preview this change to our acquisition criteria before applying it.”

Optional · also requires Create and edit

Your role, coverage and approval gates still apply. A connection is bound to your active firm at consent. One connection covers one firm. To use another firm, switch in Deal Radar and reconnect. Switching your active workspace pauses access; return to that workspace or reconnect. Permanent deletion of whole deals is not exposed; archive and restore are available.

Try these requests

  • “Show me pursuing deals with overdue diligence tasks. Link each deal and suggest the next action.”
  • “Add this broker email as a retail deal. Show me the facts first, check for duplicates, and keep the message reference in the notes.”
  • “For Harborview, model a 65% LTV scenario without saving it.”
  • “Create a title review task due Friday and assign it to the deal lead.”
  • “Show me the pending approvals. Ask before recording my decision.”

Which AI allowance does it use?

When Claude or ChatGPT reads an email, extracts facts or summarizes retrieved records, that work uses your assistant’s model allowance. Creating or editing the resulting record does not call Deal Radar’s AI service. Reading a PDF’s text layer and calculating underwriting are also deterministic.

Tools explicitly named “with_deal_radar_ai” call Deal Radar’s API key and count toward the firm’s AI usage. They require a separate AI permission and confirmation. An assistant’s assessment does not become a canonical evidence-backed Deal Radar review.

Email and scheduled routines

A possible workflow with your assistant’s separate email connection.

Connect email to your assistant separately, then ask it to identify broker messages, extract facts, check Deal Radar for an existing deal, and create a record after review. Deal Radar MCP itself grants no mailbox access. Attachments require a client that can upload bytes; otherwise paste extracted facts or upload the file on the site.

A recurring routine could do the same intake if your provider supports scheduled runs with both connectors. Availability, tool access during schedules and approval requirements depend on the provider. Automatic email syncing and a Deal Radar scheduler are future work.

Manage access in Settings → AI connections. Disconnecting blocks existing connection tokens. Temporary document download links already shared can remain usable for up to five minutes.
